Transformational Breathwork

An exciting option to consider is adding breathwork sessions. 

 

 

These sessions could be for the patient or the family members or friends.  

 

Breathwork consists of intentional changes to your breathing patterns.

 

We practice circular breathing. These exercises use deep focused breaths.

 

With coaching you will be able to release fear and stress and then access your intuition, joy and happiness. You may feel less triggered as the stuck emotions are released. 

 

The exercises take the format  of various guided sessions accompanied by music as well as coaching. Direction as well as reminders that you are safe are offered throughout the session.

 

A simple return to your regular breathing pattern is all that is required if your emotions feel like they are getting away from you.

 

Breathwork  is a practice that is especially useful to develop during stressful and emotional periods of time.
